About Us

The Institute Of Specialty Coffee Consultancy ISCC was set up in 2013, with the aim to provide a platform for all sectors of the coffee industry especially for coffee lover alike to share their specialty coffee knowledge in jointly promoting specialty coffee culture among our members and welcoming guests from around the world.

Through comprehensive activities from professional courses to coffee cupping, workshops to seminars and study tours conducted by ISCC, we set to spread the knowledge of specialty culture and create the recognition of the Hong Kong own specialty coffee culture.

  • Help improve product knowledge and technology research & development
  • Share the most recent trends and knowledge related to specialty coffee
  • Enhance members’ experiences through provision of skills and knowledge by organising all aspects of activities including coffee cupping, workshops, seminars, local and overseas visits

  • Arrange overseas visits for members and industry friends to expand their horizons
